As time has gone on, the original VIP flavours have changed. We feel it is vital to offer the original 14 flavours. The only real difference is the branding.

What nicotine strength should I use?
The million dollar question! We can’t tell you exactly which strength you should be using, however, we can give you a rough guide and a few tips before starting your vaping journey!

3mg nicotine:
3mg is a low strength of nicotine and most commonly used by users who are cutting down their nicotine strength and on their way to nicotine free. In relation to cigarettes, 3mg would be used by social smokers or users who only smoke a few a cigarettes a day.

8mg nicotine:
8mg is a low-medium strength which is one of the most popular strengths. 8mg is a good starting point as it will easily fight your cravings, without giving you too much nicotine or a really strong hit on the back of your throat. In relation to cigarettes, 8mg would be used by users who would smoke anywhere between 5-15 cigarettes a day. With that being said, many users who smoked more than that started vaping on this strength and found it to be the most ideal.

16mg nicotine:
16mg is a medium-high strength which will give you a strong sensation on the back of your throat. In relation to cigarettes, 16mg would be used by users who smoked 15+ cigarettes a day.

20mg nicotine:
20mg is the highest strength available by law. This will give you a really harsh sensation on the back of your throat. We would not recommend starting on this strength! In relation to cigarettes, this would be used by users who smoked more than 20 cigarettes a day and feel heavily dependant on nicotine.

So, which one should you go for? Of course this will depend on your needs and how much you rely on nicotine, but we would suggest starting at either 3mg or 8mg nicotine. It is always better to start lower. If you start too high, you may have a poor experience, making you less likely to carry on vaping. Start low, see how you feel, and if you do feel that you need more to help fight your cravings, then you can always go up a strength.

Remember, your nicotine strength is not a commitment. It is only a bottle of e-liquid. If you’re unhappy with the strength you’re using, then simply change it for a lower/higher strength. It is all about trial and error in the beginning. This also includes your choice of flavour. Try a number of different flavours and see what suits you best.
